- inform the DVSA that you are going to take a practical driving test Driver CPC practical test

- complete an attendance certificate;
- we might provide you with other goods or services or seek your views or comments on the services we provide
- notify you of changes to our services

We review our retention periods for personal information on a regular basis. We are legally required to hold some types of information, for example data about your periodic training, to fulfil our statutory obligations for up to six years.
Depending on the type of data we will hold your personal information on our systems for:
- We will retain driver training data for six years
- We will retain Driver CPC data for six years
Who has access to your information?
For driver training and Driver CPC initial acquisition training, your information will be shared with the DVSA for them to carry out their necessary checks and to put your information to your practical driving test and/or Driver CPC practical test. For Driver CPC periodic training, your information will be shared via The Driver CPC Consortium with JAUPT for them to monitor and manage approved centres and the training uploaded to the DVSA system, and where necessary shared with member state authorities to confirm Driver CPC entitlement abroad.

Website and social media
Upon completion of a practical driving course, driving test or Driver CPC test, we may ask that we post your photograph on social media and on our website to promote our business. When you agree to this, we will only use your first name (or a name that you like to be known as) and a brief description of your training and how you are going to benefit form your success.
